One of the best multiplayer base building PVP games I have played. It has gone through a host of changes and more to come. Those who know… understand. Have had more than my fair share of sweat induced moments. The community is huge and has been mature for years.

  I remember purchasing this for approximately $12.50 AUD back in Sep 2016 when RUST was in early access. Shocked to see how it has gone up to $49.99. Great game nonetheless

    Yeah this game would be great to jump on maybe at $5 AUD now because it is so old and has been out for ages.. Honestly new hype for it has not been around or found so I am confused why it is selling so so high.

    I mean I could probably find it around my target price of around $5 - $7.50 AUD easily on a number of websites that do key selling but that is not for everyone is and is frowned upon by most of the community atm.

  Rust is not "finally exiting early access".

  Rust has left early access.

  On the 8th Feb last year.

  I had amazing fun with this game back in 2016. Ran with a clan. Killed lots of nakeds and rad bears. Dominated the air drops. Raided pretty much everyone with c4. Good times. Racked up about 500 hours.

  Then the hacking got real bad, developers basically started from scratch with a new game engine, removed all the cool stuff, and a lot of the community moved on including myself.

  I've jumped on for about 20 hours earlier this year and glad to see the game has returned to it's former self - but with better base building, less hacking and griefing, better graphics and more fun.

  Still can't recommend anyone play this solo. You'll get rekt :D

    How do you find a clan? Discord? Reddit? I think only one person on my friends list plays and not often.

      I just checked, it wasn't 2016, it was back in in 2014! Wow time flies.

      Reddit would be the best way to find other players these days.

        I avoided this game irrationally just like avoided many games so hopefully it is cheaper now through other means (Reddit, cheap sites, etc)
