I have been planning to start my own t-shirt business, home online based. Been contacting whole sellers in china and HK… but all wants me to pay for min 5000 pcs or are being difficult in supplying multiple sizes.
Can someone advise if there are other channels I can go through? How much initial investment is required. I can start with few hundred purchases, to start with… and take it from there. Also what will be the best option / printer to use it to print on iron-on papers for these tees.

Are you sure there is a market for tees with iron-on designs? Why couldn't people just do it themselves?

Perhaps you should investigate it more and put this information in your business plan
