    GYG is a specialist at this. They do it with every store opening, and loads of extra staff on.

    Well for Cinqo de mayo $5 burrito day, they always seem to meet demand with no significant drop in quality. I mean I get a burrito bowl so I can't really tell a well made one vs a rush job.
