  • +1

Any store rep anything Discount for vegan products?

    • +1 on this. Want to try different brands. On a sort of unrelated topic, what do you currently use now?

      • Haven’t yet… only found out my intolerance to lactose recently. Any recommendations?

        • If you're only allergic to lactose you can probably get away with isolate whey protein.

  • Dammit think I accidentally bought organic whey protein

    Normal protein would be fine

  • Ok for anyone interested in this low carb/Keto recipe it does call for whey protein as part of it's base. I know to me it was expensive at either Coles or Woolies but I can't recall the price there. I do think it was under 20.00 for 500 grams. And 500 grams will be enough to make this recipe 4x's. I double the recipe making about 4 med size pizzas, then cut them into 4 slices each pizza and freeze the slices in baggies to use later from frozen

With this pizza recipe you have to spread the dough thinly so thin it almost breaks through the paper you are baking it on and it is pretty wet but if you do not spread it thin enough it will be too thick and it does not taste as good.

    The crust
1 cup whey isolate unflavored protein powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    6 oz. grated parmesan cheese
    6 oz. mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    8 tbsp olive oil
    2 eggs

I also modify the cheese as I am not a big fan of Parm so I just use a different shredded cheese for the parm portion

  • Thanks rep was in the market for a new natural protein, have been a long time user of bulknutrients, will give yours a go.
