    Personal experience - absolute no benefits. Didn't do jack for sleep either. So I just stick to glycinate

      Same, I am very intune with my body and super careful with what supplements I add. Threonate did nothing and was just another marked-up Huberman fad.
      Get the powder for even cheaper.

    Threonate is the only magnesium that breaches the blood brain barrier so is the only form to help with your mood / sleep, etc..

      I've tried Magnesium Glycinate for a while and that seems to genuinely help sleep too

        A banana in each ear should do the trick. Peeling first makes for better bioavailability.
