      nfc and band 28 are basic features now …..nfc for careless public transport in melbourne, card.ess payment and band 28 for coverage in more areas ….
      Not sure why you got negged, even $100 prepaid at coles and woolies have band 28 and nfc now …..

      even the nokia 8 deals which are cheaper have band 28 and nfc ……

        Agtee, but the only two phones sold at both Woolworths and Coles that have both B28 and NFC are/were the Nolia 3 and Sony XA which were both half price clearance lines with limited stock.

    Can someone convince me at $445 that I should finally swap from the iPhone 6 to this while waiting for something I like from apple. Last 4 years have been pretty much the same recycled design and minor features with major removals (RIP headphone jack). I wanted to wait for sub $400 on pocophone but it’s not dropping price very well…

    Aim to use this to experience lineage and might stay on it unless apple could convince me otherwise. I’ll still have my iPhone so I won’t lose iOS unless I really need it.

      I'm in the same boat.

      For $400 (64 GB version) you get:
      -A phone as fast if not faster than Pixel 3/iPhone XR (once ROM flashed!)
      -A camera as good if not better than Pixel 3 (The phone which has been said is HANDS DOWN the best phone camera atm)

      Only caveat is that you MUST flashROM to obtain these features :)
