      Do you know if it is water proof just in case I decide to use it in the shower for just touch ups small trims but will be washing my head in between touch ups.

      It's ok if it isn't but would be a bonus if it is waterproof or splash proof or ok on a wet head.

      Just making sure so i don't accidentally short circuit anything.

        I use it under the shower (with a small mirror to see what I'm doing) and it gets thoroughly wet and it's still working fine. The reason I use it in the shower is, I used to dry shave at the sink and hair would literally fly everywhere and make an absolute mess.

        I shave once a week/fortnight so it gets a bit long and the edge makes stuff fly. If you're shaving daily you prob won't have this problem.

        It is also really great for trimming the shaft of my penis.

        Thanks all so this confirms my thought that it was usable under running water which is great for touch ups as yeah shaving at the sink can be messy and my current place has the smallest sinks so shower is best.

        Most retail stores (JB, Target, Shaver Shop etc) have them for $39 for a two pack, so it's cheap.

  I picked this up from Amazon during their Boxing Day sale and am incredibly happy with it - close shave and no irritation whatsoever. Waterproofing is a nice bonus too!
