      This is confusing.
      - OP states here that a 1 year warranty exists
      - A user raised a question on the Amazon site "Is there a warranty"; one response states there is a 100-day warranty. Another response states there is an Amazon guarantee for 60 days.
      - The description of goods on the Amazon link states 100% money back guarantee (timeframe not mentioned)

      Well I did contact amazon and they said I’d have to send the whole unit back, and that they had none in stock so I’d just get a refund. Poor solution really, given they were gifts. Imagine me going back to them asking to return the gifts so I can get a refund. Pathetic service and poor outcome, so I just moved on.

  I have a similar looking thing I got years back from amazon USA. I've had in on my computer chair ever since. Lovely! Add some warmth with glowy bits turned on in winter, just massage only on a hot summer day. Helps my lumbar no end!

  I got this on the last deal - highly recommend. You do need to be able to manoeuvre it into position but can you use on back, hammies, calves
