Make sure you go up several sizes in this brand, too many people were unfortunately burned the last time with their questionable sizing.

a couple of years ago I bought a down jacket from these guys from home in Australia and set an address near my Cousins House in Kilmarnock Scotland as the pickup address. I then jumped on a plane, flew to the UK and picked up my jacket. Obviously I was on a holiday not just to pickup the jacket but all went perfectly, jacket was waiting for me in a bag in the shop.

i bought a mens XL down jacket from them, luckily it fits my 90 year old mother, would be an S size at the most. totally inaccurate sizing, never again.

My jacket arrived today. I upped the size by one - Normally a medium but got a large.
The large fit perfectly!!

If I had of gone a couple of sizes up the result would have been bad :)
