Having had the S9 last year for a while it just feels so mid range compared to many other phones. I'm glad I got rid of it. My Huawei Mate 20 pro is so much better but it was obviously more expensive

Probably a silly question but what does Grey Import mean? Inferior product to one I can buy at say JB HI FI or somewhere like that?

  It means it was released in another market and imported to Australia outside of Samsung's official retail channels. Amongst other things this means you don't get a local warranty in the event of an issue, but you do get the dual SIM functionality which wasn't released in Australia.

  1 year warranty means you mail it back to them and they send it back overseas which could take months to fix vs Aus 2 year warranty which any JB or Samsung store will happily fix
