  • Is the PS classic worth it? I have mame so why would I get this?

    • +2

      You wouldn't.

    • Not worth it.. the emulation is done very poorly to the point where a lot of games are unplayable because of input lag. For that price the Raspberry Pi + RetroPi is a better option

Kind of burying the lead here … I think

    Assassin's Creed Origin $9.97 [XB1]

    is the most impressive deal!

    • I wasn't really sure which were the most impressive deals…and only had so much space in the title.

    • Updated title for AC:O. Thanks for input.

I have a chipped PS1 I can burn games on, for proper authentic hardware experience. I have an NVIDIA SHIELD for tremendous emulation with upscaling and save states. I have PSP/Xperia Play for fantastic portable PS1 emulation. I have a mini NES and Mega Drive to appease the love of cutesy small re-releases. And my PS1 even has wireless controllers to boot.

But I will still buy one of these PS1 minis when they hit 50 or under, which hopefully won't be too far away. Still the first deal to be under 80, so you got my upvote. Also agree with Firefly, AC Origins is the better value deal, and I don't even like AC games really.
