      What if the accident is someone else's fault?

        If it is someone elses fault, we will look at all of the information provided regarding the incident. If we are satisfied that it is, the $750 can be refunded.

            @jv: Hi jv, as is the same with all vehicle rental and insurance companies, the excess is payable after any incident. Once the accident details have been checked and we are satisfied that it is someone elses fault, we can refund the excess.

              By taking $750 off someone, without even checking if it's their fault is no different to stealing.
