    Why when I signup do I keep getting redirected to the Canadian signup form and then told no Australian servers are available..

    Dedicated Server: SP-32-S vs DO-32 APAC. What is the difference? Thinking to set one up for VoIP (Freeswitch) targeting 200 concurrent calls. Any recommendations?

      While it is the same CPU/RAM, SP-32-S offer more network capabilities:

      • vRack Private network, which allows to build an infrastructure/ cluster of several servers and get them to communicate privately together (and among all OVH datacenters): more info here https://www.ovh.com.au/solutions/vrack/ (vRack is available on all our Public cloud servers and a wide range of baremetal servers) . The vrack traffic is unmetered.

      • optional unlimited public network traffic (with up to 1Gbps on this server if you contact us)

      • A choice of SSD disks (paid option) (Sold out on the DO-32-APAC)

      Only 2x2TB SATA disk option is available on the DO-32-APAC in both Sydney and Singapore datacenters (Sold out on SSD disks and probably soon on SATA too..)

    Why do the onshore offers never have an SSD option?

    I'm in the annoying situation I HAVE an OVH SSD server in SYD BUT i signed up before you launched so I get my server but the account and pricing is in USD … even though i have a SYD server I'm told Support is through Canada as thats where the signup was (actually it was in Ireland OVH but was moved to Canada I think for billing to start when the servers came online), charges are in USD (and is now more expensive in exchange then it used to be) and you can not move the 'account' and the easiest thing to to "just get a new server" and migrate all the data then cancel the other. but of course I wold loose the fixed pricing choosing a new plan.

    So I have a new account and a new server(s) for another need and it make sense to be charged in AUD and have local support (so I now have 2 OVH accounts) but I'd like to get a SSD server to move my existing SSD hosted stuff from as I like the performance. But i never see the SSD hosting come up even though I have an SSD based server in the Syd center. Its frustrating that its an accounting issue but I have to futz around and wear time and cost to migrate data .. and even then its not even possible due to the option not existing (going on 2+ years).

      Unfortunaltey the SSD disk options is alraedy sold out on this DO-32-APAC server.

      Regarding your existing dedicated servers, if you belong the OVH CA or WORLD entity (which should be the case if you pay currently in USD) I can help you to move your server to the Australian entity and be billed in AUD.

    I just ordered the offshore VPS using your link but the 50% discount wasn't fully applied.

    Up until the point where I clicked "Pay" the web page showed the discount as 50% but when reviewing the order, only a minimal discount of $18.00 was applied. Please refund the balance discount and if that's not possible, please cancel my order. I will PM you my order number.
