  • And where do I get these mysterious creme eggs from? Do they just magically appear or would you like to share the address details?

  • +1

    $15/48 = $0.31 each
    or
    $25/2 = $12.50 each

    :D

    • +1

The latter deal is clearly for Faberge Creme Eggs.

    • $15/48 = $0.31 each

      awesome.

  • These eggs don't go rotten do they?

    • its food with wet matter nonetheless… what do you think?
check the expiry always, or share with friends :) cheap way to earn brownie points :D

    • Best Before 30.06.2011

    • I still have some from last year's deal… The sugar in the gooey filling has crystallised. I still eat them though :)

  • i dont think $2 for a can of mountain dew is a bargain..

    • Well the main part of the post is for the eggs.

      • Cherry Mountain Dew From The US

BTW I just realized, should they really be selling those fundraiser boxes?

    • +3

interesting point, cos people can just do the dodge and prey on ppl pretending they are a charity or something :/

        dont give broden any ideas!

      • Actually I was thinking more along the lines of store gets fundraiser boxes, keeping the profit for themselves.

The boxes pictured are the 50x 60g Fresha Party Mix Jellies boxes.
They cost $30 each and sell for a total of $50.

If the store sells it for anything more than $30, they are making a profit, but are they "fundraising"?

BTW anyone wanting a box for $30, it's a 15 box minimum. Free shipping though. You could team up with friends, neighbors, co-workers etc. Take a box each.

    • Probably close to use by/best before date so Cadbury cleared them in one go. I guess Cadbury could have re-boxed them for retail sale but not really worth their time/ extra cost.

They are $10 a box at Cold Rock Ice Creamery Stores. 22c each, i bought one on the weekend and have no idea what to do with it?

  • I would so be all over this if I didn't already get 2 boxes from cotd:(

COTD had this deal last week:

    48 x Cadbury Creme Egg $14.97
    48 x Cadbury Caramello $14.97
    http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/The_April_Grocery_Run!-p-214…

I guess the $25 deal is okay, but I think this candy store can do a little better given COTD.

    • That doesn't include shipping though.

Maybe a couple of candy stores are selling at/around this price too, I noticed Sweet As was selling for $15 as well, I think.

I still think they're far too sweet for any normal people to eat though… x_X

But did COTD have 2 for $25? I think not! :P

  • Anyone know where I could get a similar deal in Canberra? (or delivered to Canberra). I love Creme Eggs but all my local supermarkets sold out pretty quick as soon as they discounted after easter. I tried that new not-cadbury not-quite creme egg brand that came out this year, and they were kind of gross. Plenty of those around on sale still…but eww.

  • They also have 48 x Cadbury Creme Eggs for $15 at Sweet As Chadstone (if that helps anyone, I bought a box)
