Thank you. A good deal but I'm holding out for dual-SIM …

    • There's s9+ 64GB dual sim on ebay for $825 if that's of interest

      • might be grey stock if its dual sim

        • +2

I thought that was a given for this region. Wasn't the note9 the first hybrid sim samsung has officially sold here?

          • -1

@Osiris: yes, Starting from Note 9, not the S9+ u mentioned above

For me, dual sims are pretty much essential. Can't see me buying a new phone without them. So handy for coverage / data / alternative numbers for crap like gumtree / delivery notifications…

  • Officeworks eBay had Note 9 128GB dual sim for 1247 yesterday. Applying the code POST10 to reduce the price to 1147, however it expired already.

    • this one is 512gb if u dont mind single sim

  • Anyone try office works price beat? I am after the S9

$983 after 20% off from Apus auction express for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Dual Sim 128GB. I guess it's a subsidiary of shopping express. The delivery date is from Est. 21 Mar - 28 Mar though.

      Thats grey market stock.

Also if you wanted grey market 128 gb dual sim Note 9,its available for $1049 from QD_AU who is a more reputable seller and i got one at $100 off at $949

      https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Samsung-Galaxy-Note-9-SM-N96…

      • Do you know if you get a tax invoice with QD_AU for TRS?

        • No TRS available since it’s grey stock.

          • @hawkeye93: Why? I believe recent changes to regulation meant that you pay GST on all items, which includes grey imports. You can claim TRS on it if you pay GST in your purchase, if I'm not mistaken.

            • @Nexo: So the company does not have to acquire ABN? I think qd_au doesn't have an office here in Australia. And because the item location is in Sydney according to the listing, eBay won't collect any tax amount.

  • Is it just me, or does it seem like s9 plus prices have crept back up a little bit? If already spending $800+, might as well spend the 200 or so more for a S10.

    • They have. Probably due to the demand generated by having the S10+ sooooooooooo expensive!

Seeing some good prices on the secondhand market, I picked up a mint S9+ with 12 months remaining warranty for $650

        • Ill keep looking. Thanks Bakelite.

  • Does the fact these are network branded matter at all? Or am I not going to care/notice?
