        Not all our Underwear fits every body shape. We have different styles for different body shapes. We accept refunds for any unworn, used or washed Underwear within 30 days. This is fair, we don't want to send customers used Underwear hence this return policy rule.

        If you have issues with past orders, you send a email to [email protected] with your order number, i will personally chase up and see what happened with you order and fix it up for you.

                        I can see you emailed asking if you could return 2 Briefs as they were damaged - We emailed you a return request form, asking you two return the 2 Briefs. The first return request form sent only only had one Brief, we then corrected it to show 2 Briefs.

                        I can see i replied to you above 6/3/19 " We accept returns / exchanges for any unworn, used or washed Underwear within 30 days "
                        We have agreed to accept your return back, you will need to return it. As you mentioned it was damaged we will need to access it, once its accessed we will refund you.

                        If there is something you aren't sure of, please let me know so i can assist further.

                          @firefly55: I said I want to return the whole order as I have no faith in the quality of garments. The first 2 packs I opened were damaged briefs, mechelle said she will send a return form for 1 brief, I sent her 2 photos of garments which were damaged in different places. I then checked other packs and found more damaged garments. I have now put my case with PayPal, as I am sick and tired of back and forth messages.

                          If you accept the return, why is it i haven't received the return forms. Everytime Ive bought something online the return forms are inside with the package, not so in this case.

                          I can see this business going down very quick.

    Don’t buy from this company!!!

    Sent me the wrong colour and empty promises of providing me a coupon code to receive the 2 items which was the incorrect colour and agreed to send the items if I put an order thru then after I did they didn’t deliver on their promise and charged me another 2.

    I asked to cancelled the order but while communicating they still processed it.

    Item was sent but delivered to wrong address as no one was home to sign for it but it said delivered.

    They didn’t care and ignored all future emails.

    Their support sucks and slow reply’s and no phone calls at all.

    Again do not buy from this crap company!!!

        I was communicating with Mechelle who told me to place the order and let her know.

        I’ve talked to other people right after I ordered and before the courier picked up the item which was another issue with the lies saying it was picked up n shipped on a Thursday when in fact it was picked up on the Monday after!!!

        So disappointing in F&B

    I bought a pair from these guys about 7 years ago, I still remember that they sent me a wrong product, sent me another pair to keep both but the quality was terrible and looks cheap.

      There is 12,000+ positive reviews on ebay au, as mentioned above not all Underwear will fit every body shape. Hence our simple return policy:

    But let me say that almost all men's briefs and boxers fit me way better than these have.

    That 30 minutes just keeps on giving.

    But it's not a joke really.
    There are laws against the misleading and deceptive conduct these guys are engaging in.
    I'm not buying the 'extension' BS.

    I'm going to neg this one as a warning to members - if they're going to seek to manipulate you into making a rapid and possibly rash decision, you can't expect to rely on them in any other dimension.
