Hey guys.

went into Vodafone today, wanted to get s10+ on contract. so basically the deal is around $119.per month with unlimited calls/text 50gb internet per month. now there is a promotion for trade in on s7 s8 and s9 ONLY! So basically they are offering additional $200 per phone. So I traded in my s9 for $650 (mind you they need phone ONLY - no charger or accessories or box) Your phone has to be Aussie model AND no damages. And additionally I also traded in my s8 for around $410 bringing the total discount to around $1060 off my contract. SO basically they spread this discount over your contract whether it be 12/24/36 months bringing down my monthly plan to around $66 per month!!!! new phone + 50gb data epic win.

Now normally you can only trade in one phone per s10 but luckily nice lady pushed through the two phones for me.

This deal is only towards the new Samsung S10 won't work on other phones and a promotion through Samsung so I would imagine they would be offering something similar!

Not exactly sure how long this offer will run but I had hard time trying to sell my old s9 s8 at those prices on gumtree.
Whats more is you get additional 5% for 2 devices and if you bundle with internet an additional 10% and further you can save 3-4 etc. please check in store.

  Interesting given it's more than a S9 will likely net you in a sale.

  Would be nice if they allowed a Note 8….

    Checked. Applies to note 8 too, though the original trade in value is only $260 for note8, which is lower than $330 offered by mobile monster. So you'll get $460 trade in value.

      Bloody hell, I sold my S7 for $150 6 months back because the battery was only lasting half a day and needed replacing (and replacement was going to be $130 or so) :/

      Wound up shelling out $400 for a Xiaomi and going on a $45 phone plan, would have been way better off with this.

  So if a S10+ is eligible… I could get that for $107.45 a month, but after a Note 8 Trade in, $88.28 a month for 2 years…

  Pass.

  It's signifficantly cheaper to buy the phone outright, even at RRP, go on a Telstra plan and sell my phone….

  Their website says phones in working condition, not saying Not damaged.

    It's right there on the website.

    The phone needs to turn on and off.
    The screen must be undamaged without any fading, cracks or bleeding.
    There is no major cosmetic damage to the exterior.
    Where applicable, the battery and back cover must be included.
    The phone must not be network blocked, reported as stolen or counterfeit.
    On iPhones, the iCloud account can’t be locked.

  My wife got a SMS offering to trade in her 8+ for $450 (the remainder of her plan @ 8 months) to sign up for the s10.

  (obvs gotta be on voda though.)
