Have 2 of the stands, they stop charging my iphone X’s fully after a while get to about 70 percent then stop. Last night didn’t even charge phone overnight higher than 65 percent. Must be a common fault as other people on the reviews on Amazon have said the same.

  Same issue; have one at home and one at work. In my case, the light just switches from green to off around the 60% mark. Don't get a red led which I would get the first few times (reseating the iphone x fixed it).
  
  Same issue with a case or without one. Friends S9 charged fine on my one at work though, so thinking its an iphone incompat issue.

    Can you do similar deal to this model as well? I noticed this one is slightly better and used to be available for $13.99 instead of $14.99 and one of the comparison spec stated pc063 allows 7.5W with iPhone compared to pc014 on support up to 5W. I'll certainly bite.

  I have been told that there will be more stock shortly, but there probably won't be enough for a deal just yet. They are having trouble keeping up with the unexpected level of demand, worldwide.

Warning, s9+ owner here and these are barely aligned in that once you put on a case that is not whisper thin they don't work. At least that's how mine reacts.
this is not an issue (same cases involved) with the flat charging pads I own so I'm guessing its not the thickness of the case but rather the vertical positioning change.

    Note 9 owner here. It worked fine at first with the original Samsung Hard Case but after some time the green light changes to red light blinking and stopped charging. I contacted customer service and they replaced the one that doesn't work.
    I am not sure the quality of this charger but their customer support is very responsive.

I got rid of my charging stand, using Micro USB cable made no sense, better to have USB C so you can plug the cable into your phone if you need a faster charge. I now use the Blitzwolf version, which has USB C and works great even with a thick phone case (Otterbox Pursuit) on my S9.

I own both the RAVpower wireless charger and the Tronsmart one.

I no longer use the RAVpower one because it overheats my phone. If left on there overnight, it is fully charged in the morning. But it is extremely hot to touch and I assume it causing battery to deteriorate early.

Tronsmart wireless charger has in internal fan that cools down my phone so my phone doesn't get hot even when left charging overnight. It does produced a soft hum noise from the fan, but I treat it like white noise that actually helps me sleep.
