I'm super pissed - I ordered another cheap item with the jacket, Anaconda have issued a refund for the jacket, but nothing else..
So now im paying $18 ($8 + a $10 delivery fee) for an $8 item that I only wanted because it would be free postage with the jacket.I've called them and they just keep saying 'we cant guarantee that we can cancel it'.
I'm so mad.I don't believe they offer free delivery at all. I couldn't see anywhere that mentioned that, rather delivery was $10 for as many items as you orderd.
@bayleet1998: Let me rephrase what I was saying - I only ordered said $8 item because there was no increase to my delivery cost because I was already paying for the delivery of the jacket.
Now im left with a crappy item that I didnt really want + a $10 delivery fee.
I would not have ordered the $8 item online by itself - I would have gone into a store, but because I was already ordering the jacket it cost me $0 extra to have this item delivered.@rambutann: Oh okay, that makes sense now! I find contacting via social media can work if they wouldnt help
