  They only deliver a small portion of my order. Other items in the order are out-of-stock,
  but then they mark the order as delivered and they still haven't refunded me.
  Complaint to eBay and they ask me to contact Coles directly…. Will never buy from Coles ebay again even with 50% discount.

  im so confused why coles would be on ebay? or why someone would shop on coles Ebay and not Coles online? other than promo deals that make it cheaper. is it an international delivery thing?

  It is a big mess !
  They sent your ebay order to their own online shop order system.
  If they cannot supply the items/quantity you ordered, they "SAID" they will refund you.

  BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW to refund you if you paid using eBay Gift Cards !!!!

  They have no idea how the refund process work and simply rush to setup eBay shop.
