Shipping of under Warranty Item from The US

Hi All,

I have a pair of Jaybirds X3 that recently died. I did purchase them in the US via Amazon US and the company agreed to send me a new pair, but to a US address. I'm trying to find a provider that can accept it, and send it to me to Perth. The issue is that they want me to specify the sales, which is none as this is a replacement. How do I go about that and what would be the easiest/cheapest provider for this kind of transaction?

  • The sales you meant the value if shipment? You can use the original purchase value as item replaced is new right?

    • I know but as this is a warranty replacement I wont' be paying anything.

      • If you use my us, once received you can inform them about this return fact then you should be able to specify $0 value for $0 gst.

  • Pretty sure you just set up an address with MyUS.com and when they get the parcel, they work out shipping costs to you and charge you then

  • Claiming via Amazon or direct?
Would have thought Amazon would ship replacement to the original address without issue

  • comgateway is your friend. Sign up for free, get a US address, and they forward everyone on to you
