May as well make your own at that price, get butcher to slice the meat thin, soak in Vegemite marinade, put in dehydrator, it's not exactly rocket science.
Making your own always works out to be cheaper. Same applies to most processed food anyway.
If you don't have a dehydrator, hang it somewhere dry with a fan for circulation, or use the oven at the lowest temperature it goes. Easy as.

I have been making vegemite jerky for quite a few years. Mix some vegemite with some worcestershire sauce and vinegar, little bit of dried coriander, bit of pepper, dry it off on a rack on low temp in the oven or in a dehydrator. Will cost you around $25/kg depending on how dry you make it.
