Was marked $8.00 instore

I bought the Xbox version for my nephew when it came out. Was just a CD key inside a box. No actual disc.

Just opened my copy. Can confirm there is a disc

That was the first physical release (code only).
The second had a disc, which is this deal’s.
Be aware that they have constant 20gb updates - 95% of their updates require you to re-download the whole game.

The price of this game has really crashed.

Pubg has had its day it seems to be apex now days

For a casual gamer Apex is actually quite good. Feels more like an old-school shooter so it only takes a few games to get into.
- None of the god-awful building Fortnite has.
- Great no-mic communication system. Impressively well designed.
- The games start quickly. Fortnite takes several minutes after matching.
The visuals are really boring compared to the heavily stylized Fortnite. All the skins look the same. I don't see how they could make any money on micro-transactions.

Was interesting watching the steamchart con current players on this dwindle
Still the second most played game on steam though
It may become an OK game once it gets out of Alpha testing.
