This is a pretty common price range from a few stores.

Can you use this as a "normal" kettle as well?

    • "HOT WATER BOILER
Need to boil water for another reason? No worries, the Breville Smart Tea Infuser will boil hot water for other drinks."

      From official website

Might have a slightly weird taste if you use it for tea as well? Idk

Thanks. Looking at reviews most say it's not really that smart as you have to manually add things at certain times so not really a set and forget situation.

You only need to add the tea leaves into the basket at the start, it'll then heat and steep the tea for however hot/long you want and the basket with raise back up at the end.

  • got one. thanks OP

  • Price has gone up.

    • It’s sold out, that’s why. It’s still $99 in store.

Man, I say this way more often than I want to with every DJs deal that gets posted which later sells out …

      • Hence why I reported the post as expired and commented to let people know that the price had gone up, so if they saw it they wouldn't need to wonder if it was an issue only they were facing or if indeed the cheaper price is no longer available.

Add to that, because it is sold out online the "find in store" functionality is no longer available.

        • Should come as standard text with every DJs post to be honest that if the price is higher than the OP, then assume it's sold out. Then again, DJs IT was always shit to begin with. As someone who worked for the company until last year, I can tell you first-hand …
