Those codes weren't on CR or SB sites to allow stacking with the discount code on purchase… (fairly recently tightened for all cashback)
So SB & CR Cashback was then pretty useless unless paying full price.Likely to have been complaints about lack of Cashback & BB wouldn't want to give more back than it needed to - to make a sale.
