      I ordered mine on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning, earlier than advised. Others reported very fast delivery also. Maybe depends on where you are.

    Have bought 2 of these now, a queen size for teenagers bed, and a King for ours.

    Excellent quality, hubby and teen very happy. I find the standard mattress still quite firm (with a topper and thick mattress protector) for my liking and preferred the softer mattress…..but it’s the best sleep hubby has had in years….so compromises!

        You just need to adapt to the shorter space, in case of monsters just remember you can't fit underneath anymore. You'll need a backup plan.

        But with this mattress and bed base the bed is quite high off the floor

    I bought this 3 weeks ago, and I seem to have developed leg and hip pain since I started sleeping on it, wondering if I should return it or give it longer for my body to get used to it?
    I've come from a previous innerspring mattress.
    Or maybe get a mattress topper?

        Ordered on 28th, 4:30pm for delivery to south Sydney.
        Received today, Mon 01/04 at midday .. (Ebay info still says ETA would be 2nd or 3rd)

        Hunter guy was super friendly and helpful - I was a bit late getting to my front door after he knocked, and by then he'd lent the mattress up against door frame, and looked like he was about to take a pic of it for proof, in case delivery was questioned later. (my place is end of cul de sac, so not a problem for me to have it left)

        When i greeted him he came back, helped me shift it inside and departed with a smile.

        Shame there are so many other negative Hunter reviews .. guess it can be hit and miss :(

        Will be opening the mattress next couple of days once new carpet goes down in the bedroom :)

    I got mine delivered today from the Hunter Express courier company. Worse service ever. Didn't knock on the door and was just going to leave it there. Asked them to help me put it inside and waved me off and left. Box was ripped open as well. Anyone else had to go through this with them? :(

      In previous Zzz Atelier threads there are unfavourable reports about the conduct of Hunter Express. However, I don't recall reading any worse than yours.

    Wanted to post my experience in case it informs or helps anyone else buying this Mattress. Zzz Atelier Outlet, uses Hunter Express, for delivery as it is dirt cheap for them. Their T & C on Ebay states this as follows copy and pasted so that NO ONE else like ME has delivery disappointment:

    1. For orders which we upload tracking number on to eBay, You can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website (please allow one to two working days before the tracking system is updated). To avoid delivery disappointment, we also highly recommend that you call the courier company and make appointment for a delivery date which suits you. For courier information please see the booking confirmation confirmation email from eBay.

    2. Standard couriers services do not include call / SMS from driver before delivery. If you are not at home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item at your address, a card will be left and collection from depot will be required. Re-delivery can be arrange but additional charges may apply.

    To cut to the chase, as many others can attest, Hunter Express cannot be contacted on the phone. It provides terrible tracking on their website and on Ebay. So I couldn't plan on being at home when it was delivered. So the mattress is at the depot and too much effort for me to get to home and re-delivery costs money and I am out another $29 because I am just going to return the mattress back to Zzz Atelier Outlet. So overall I have wasted money off postage, no mattress, Hunter express sucks and no point me wasting time with Zzz Atelier. I think next time I am going to just stick to Ikea or any Mattress store where I can plan a day to be there around work and not lose a day off work with this.

      It does all sound painful but I would pay the additional money and get it delivered. It really is a quality product for a very low price, doubt you will get another like this. Look at the reviews here, eBay and Product Review. I have had mine for 12 months and love it. You will quickly forget this issue as you enjoy many lovely sleeps. Do not cut of your nose to spite your face:) ZZZ Atelier please change your delivery company there are many complaints about Hunter Express.

    PS the delivery guy we got was pretty good, didn't mind waiting while I opened the garage door and he put it in there all by himself, which is a bit of a feat given ours was a king and it was heavy as hell.
