Prepaid Mobile Broadband with Long Expiry

I used to be able to get the Vodafone prepaid mobile broadband $50 pack for half price at $25.
This pack would get me anyway from 10G to 20G of data that lasts 180 days. So basically I've been able to get away with paying just $50 for 2 of these data packs per year. But as of today, Vodafone has removed the 180 days offer and replaced it with only 30 days.

Does anyone know of a cheap prepaid mobile broadband plan with long expiry that is similar to what Vodafone used to offer?

  • It seems you can still recharge with 180 and 365 day plans with vodafone. Just it won't be as cheap as buying the starter packs.

    $125 for 40 gb + 500mb bonus for a year.

Or maybe try Aldi $95 for 24gb for a year.

    • another option is the Pay as you Go. Long expiry (365 days) but data is 4c/MB which works out to be only 1.25GB on the $50 option.

      • used to be 2c/MB. Looks like Vodafone double the cost for prepaid broadband.

  • Has anyone got the 30 sms working on this broadband plan?

  • Damn just tried to activate one and found that the 180 days option is missing.

I still have four of those starter packs…

  • I've just got the notification that I have a few days left and found the same. That was an awesome plan for me. I think I'll go back to hot-spotting for a while and hope something better comes along.

  • Not as good as Aldi but OVO have 15GB for 365 days for $99.95.

  • catch connect 365 days-$99-42GB…
