Yeah there's little variety and quality at this price point, so it's great to have awesome ice cream at a good price :)

Pistachio was the best flavour but you can't buy it any more AFAIK. That peanut butter ice cream is disgusting (IMHO).
In my opinion, the Coles peanut butter ice cream is pretty good. I'm guessing you're referring to the Reese's crap.

Yeah vanilla can be bad for under $2/L normally but sometimes the premium taste is just nice.
But 3x the price nice I don't think so.
If they bring back the Matcha I will do cheat day right away
If they upped the matcha flavour, I would do a cheat week
Murray River Salted Caramel is amazing.
Budgewoi rocks. Many years ago they had a burger shop that made burgers the size of a small pizza. Was a must stop travelling north. Bit off topic but great memories.
My favourites are
Sumatran Coconut with Chocolate Fudge Sauce
And
Murray River Salted Caramel With hazelnut
They used to have Peanut Butter & Pretzel which is no longer available but one of the best ones
