Is this digital or hard copy?

    •

      Digital download.

None of the major AV vendors provide physical media licenses anymore.

$2 is a reasonable price for any anti virus. A key to unlock the av shouldn’t be more than $2. Shows how much rip off avs are in the market.

Says $28.99 online. How do I get it for $2?

  •

    $28.99 :-(

  •

Sorry, everyone. I have just called HT and they told me the $2 stock has been sold out. I didn't even get any for myself.

This deal was meant to last for 48 hours starting from 12pm today.

Seeing as this is out of stock now, you can easily pick up an ESET NOD32 Antivirus 1 Year 1 Device licence for $9 from PCCG. That's the regular price for the NOD32 licence and it's by far and away the cheapest legit license for a major AV product.

While the NOD32 antivirus component of the the ESET Internet Security suite is a brilliant, lightweight AV client that uses frugal amounts of CPU/RAM, doesn't generate annoying nag screens every few minutes and still has detection rates on par with most of the other leading vendors, the rest of the Internet Security suite is a bit of bloat that most people can do without (mainly just anti-phishing and password protection for online account credentials).

For $2 it's an unbeatable deal, but otherwise, I'd recommend just sticking to the NOD32 Antivirus product.
