Transfer playlist from Google Play Music to Spotify - options?

I'm looking at transferring from Google Play Music to Spotify and want to easily take my playlists with me.
Does anyone know of a reputable (and free/ultra cheap) service that automates this?

There are a few websites around that claim this but always reluctant to put my passwords into some dodgy website….

Do you have an iOS device? I use SongShift and it's really really good.

Ahh doesn't support GPM. Sorry. I use it for Spotify -> Apple Music.

    • That's a shame - looks to be quite good.

  • I am currently doing to same, but from Spotify to GPM. Adding them 1 by 1…

I saw STAMP but it had a lot of 1 star reviews (mostly because of the cost of a 'free' app) and someone said it didn't work even after buying.

I ended up going with Soundiiz - for 1 month the subscription is $4.50 (US I think) and it had the best reviews and just seemed to work for people. sure enough it has transferred the first list nicely - now I will run it on the rest. Apparently Soundiiz partnered with Tidal when they launched to be the official transferer of playlists - they must have some money behind them for development then.

Smigglejiggle - I tried the script in your linked post but it missed a lot of songs (about 1/3) and had incorrect matches. Soundiiz had got everything right so far.

    Thanks everyone for the help!

  • Yeah STAMP worked great for me too.
Support is great too (had to use them once!)

  • Just discovered this website and it works well while being free!

  • You may use "MucConv Tool". It has free and paid versions.
