What do you mean?
Not all cables are the same. I normally use a USB tester to verify the cable quality. A good one will deliver from 1,5A - 2A or more. Bad one delivers at < 1A. Test when devices are hungry.
There are some good Baseus cables on sale too if you want to bundle.

USB type C devices can draw at higher ampere. You can find other cables from the same store.

Cos if you use this charger with shitty cable then you won't get a fast charge like you otherwise can with original 5amp rated cable. Cable has to support and interact with phone and charger for best charging speed. I used this charger with ordinary brand cable and I thought charger is no good and then I swapped the cable to original one that came with the phone and bamm. It went from Zero to hero
But 5 amp charging is limited to very few devices I believe. On the other hand if it's using Quick-charge, the volts are increased for extra power, not the amps, so it's unlikely a 2amp cable will limit that.
I think so too. Unless your are charging a laptop, good cables that can handle 2-3A will see good performance with this charger.
Just not those fake one that can only deliver less than 1A.
For reference, my purchase from that deal arrived today.
I got two from a dearer within Australia eBay deal @ $15 for two, so if you're patient you still got a real bargain. I just needed them ASAP so happy to pay more for fast.
Their products are quite good. I use their magnetic usbc adapter (similar to magsafe) for my laptop

Baseus make so many different types of cables, i'm scratching my head trying to pick one lol. Was trying to look for a car charger too and found two that looked identical with same specs but with a different price D:
