LlamaFace not true at all. Flying FPV at any MAAA endorsed RC club is not illegal. And you can fly FPV without a spotter if you have passed your wings test.
Is this the one that you can add the 3G sim to and get unlimited range?
Yeah but if you gonna mod it with Huawei modem, it won't work with Telstra 3G. All 4G networks will be fine.
The 4G mod is quite complex to get sorted but there are comprehensive instructions on GitHub :)

I searched for "chuck 4g mod" to find what I was after.
@0xFFFF: Search for UAVpal. The CHUCK FC has a USB port you can plug in the modem but you need a right angle microusb to USB-A cable to connect it.
Check out the video from Dustin Dunill who programmed it to fly missions around some Hawaii islands.
We used to make rc flying wings out coreflute (real estate agent signs). I think they were called Mugi gliders from memory.
