You really should have some sort of online preview or at the very least example showing the print area. Seriously it turns me right off the idea of ordering from you. I order a bit of stuff from places likes ArtsCow and that interactive design process, where you get a good idea of what you are ordering instantly, is so much better to me than a 'Wait for us to send you a preview' model.
