Thank you, I only eat brown rice but I like to buy quality if it is cheap.
I'm still in mourning over the demise of their brown jasmine rice. Contacted sunrice and they've dropped it from their lineup. It's was a terrific cross between fluffy jasmine and chewy brown. RIP

Oh, didn’t even notice! Do you know when they stopped it? If only recently, might still find old bags at some stores?
They stopped it when they stopped producing the rice in Australia, would be around 5 months I think, have not seen any stock in any stores since then.
I also have tried Asian and Indian grocers and no one seems to make brown jasmine rice?!
It's kinda like how Cadbury stopped making my favourite chocolate block Caramel Sunday when they went from 200g to 180g blocks, just went to supermarket one day and it was like they got rid of old stock, there were no signs of 200g blocks or the caramel Sunday blocks anywhere.

I don't enjoy Basmati or straight up brown rice, was thinking of giving this a go but I have a feeling it's also probably less healthy?
Maybe bcoz few bought that one.Accdg to their website it is locally grown here but temp. unavailable.
Whereas the above one is made in Cambodia.
Has price of rice gone up this year? They were between $7 to $8 last year when on special.
