I didn’t think was too badly priced!

So just a little bit badly priced?

  • Great if you live in Toowoomba, Cairns, or Mackay…

      … with 5V / 1Amp output

      Thanks, but no thanks.

$14.88 every day of the week.

And as above, 1A output?! Fk that lol

I'm not a fan of officeworks generic trash brands. Cygnett, while a tad more expensive, is actually pretty good from my experience.

For an identical price, this will be a hell of a lot better than the OW item.

I find these small, even low amp, batteries great for emergencies. I use a 4000 one which weighs about 94g or something. Great for that extra 2h of charge to get me home when it comes to it (or more commonly when my mates need it)

Edit: also, invalid use of neg?

Cool, have fun charging your phone from 2009.

    • I'd pay the extra twelve cents to have Cygnett over Keji. I can see that 1A output could be a deal breaker for some, though. Still, I reckon 70% off is worth posting.

So you believe an inflated RRP to deem this a bargain? You're kidding right? It's an inferior product and no one would want 1A charging!

Still, I reckon 70% off is worth posting.

Wow… I thought consumers here were more clued in than the average. Apparently not.

        • So what happens when this Keji power bank packs up one day and unfortunately damages a phone worth $300-400 or even $1000.
I understand it can happen to any brand but I wouldn't plug my device into some cheap marked up no name crap

@DannyBoy: I'd take a Xiaomi over either 1 any day of the week (I wanted to directly compare products from b&m stores), but the fact remains that ops product is bargain basement clearance crap! Reviews on the site date back over 2yrs, and I've struggled to find any pricing history on this. RRP is crap (newer model is selling for $40 RRP elsewhere and it's far more intelligent and modern), and it just isn't worth buying.

Your money is definitely spent elsewhere.

      • If by a "deal-breaker for some" you mean "it won't actually charge a whole bunch of late model Android devices" then sure.

  • Insufficient stock.

  • Should get the job done for a decent local brand and warranty.

I would prefer the one above from officeworks as I prefer longer flat/thin powerbanks rather than more chuncky rectangle, but this one only being 5000mAh should not be too bad to fit in pocket. Also has two outputs with max 2.4Amp, so much better.

People buy these small single low Amp output because they are cheap and convenient/hurry/handy/emergency to get hold of and are ok for older lesser spec phones etc.
