Try Aliexpress guys. More stylish and hardwearing thongs for < $5 shipped inc gst, not just plain rubber for suggested normal price of $40 and $50. This is definately not a bargain on rubber flip flops IMO.

Your Thong example has its aesthetic appeal. Ethylene-vinyl acetate is a cheap substitute for natural rubber.
The feedback we get is that the natural Thailand rubber is a preferred and comfortable product, that people rave about and love to shop for, especially when they visit Bali.
Your reference to price appears to miss the point that these are 2 pairs. They are also the popular colours and not the 50c variety you will find in the bargain bins. The top end of this pricing is the Strappy at $24.99rrp ea.

Feel free to browse the full range of products at Aliexpress. They have a huge range of stylish thongs and many are more comfortable than basic rubber flops.
I don't bother with colored flops, when crazy, sexy and cool designs are much cheaper from overseas.

I have a pair of flipper thongs, bought in Bali for under $10, bought because I needed a new pair. No better than any other thongs!

If I was on holidays and I needed a pair of thongs and these popped up in a shop for $10 a pair I’d grab some but I certainly wouldn’t pay $20 for a pair of rubber thongs.
