    I have a similar (double) mains powered one and while it is excellent on the whole you’d really need more firepower to get into the lower back / hips. I should look at dry needling.

    Not intended for use that way, but can be used at the same time as one of those.

    I miss the more honest days, when they advertised these with just the thinnest veneer of "whole body massage".
