Kogan Returned Phone under Warranty - No Response

Bought a phone from Kogan last year. It was faulty after 11 months and I contacted Kogan for a warranty claim. Followed the instructions and returned phone 2 months ago. Kogan is now ignoring all my email enquiries and no phone contact available.
I have already lodged a complaint through ACCC website, but no response from ACCC either.

What are my options?

    Call the ACCC ?

If no help take them to small claims court

ACCC don't deal with small stuff like this, you need your states Fair Trade and/or small claims.

Is your phone purchase from Kogan Australia or Kogan HK (Hong Kong).

Consumer Affairs Victoria would be a better place to start imo

    Or alternatively VCAT.

  • You could also lodge a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman since it's a phone. The more avenues of attack the better, I reckon! Send letters as well as emails.

  • It's funny hey, I have had a few things go wrong with kogan purchases and they have always been super responsive and sorted things out fast, even replacing a camp fridge out of warranty… Good luck though

  • Just out of curiosity have you found a way to contact kogan directly to escalate or lodge an official complaint..?
