  At 801 pages, some Millenniums may prefer
  a Lynda.com / TGC / TTC / etc. video course
  over reading this book

  Hopefully, I'm wrong here…

  Friends, if you actually plan to "code" this book seems particularly useless. Its like a basic concept of what it means to "code".
