    • Hello HelpfulMilk,

      Thanks for your comment.

What type of logs are you referring to?

Why are you advertising your prices excluding GST, contrary to law?

    • Hello Plutonus,

Thanks for your feedback. Pricing has been fixed :)

  • Do you offer Ubuntu 18.04?

    • Ubuntu server minimal 'latest' - hopefully not 18.10. WIll let you know once setup complete.

    • Hi Yale, we are working on an Ubuntu 18 template and it will be available later today :)

No information, what servers are you using? were are they located?
Live chat does not answer. I would pass…

    • Sorry bohdans. I am new to ozbargain. I'll update the post with more information. I thought the point of it was to be brief and to the point. Since not, I'll add more information.

Live chat is active and working. We haven't missed any chats and our average response time is currently 28 seconds?

  • are they in sydney?

    • Yep, sure is!

  • Can you install your own OS to linux VPS?

    • Hi Skim259,

What operating system were you after? I can look at getting it added if it's not currently available.

      Cheers

      • Windows server which I already have a license

        • Unfortunately this isn't something we can do. Sorry Skim259!

My OVH VPS deal from a year ago expired today so might just give it a go on the cheapest plan.

    • Great, I'm sure you'll love the service we provide Bary :)

      • Signed up, but only the very cheapest model. Will see how it is first and consider a beefier option.

How does a Windows VPS go on 1GB ram? I am guessing this is not a win 10 machine.

        • It does run on 1GB of Ram, however 4GB+ is recommended for Windows. We offer Windows Server 2016/2019 Standard. We're looking at increasing the lowest plan to include 2GB of Memory so it's a little bit smother and slightly increase each higher plan to match.

  • What happens when traffic is exceeded?

    • The service is suspended. However if you reach out to support before you hit that total, we are usually happy to work something out. Our bandwidth allocation is extremely generous! :)

  • I've still got a few months credit with Vultr, but this looks good, and normal price is equivalent to a 30% discount being in $AUD.

    • Awesome :) Let us know if you've got any questions.

Just a note to say I have been so far impressed with it for what it is. I imagine things are rather uncrowded here but so far so good.
On very cheapest VPS @$2.50 per month.

    I/O speed(1st run) : 269 MB/s

    I/O speed(2nd run) : 504 MB/s

    I/O speed(3rd run) : 542 MB/s

    Average I/O speed : 438.3 MB/s

    • Thanks for the review Bary! No plans to oversell our servers at all. You'll see these high speeds consistently.

      — Also just to clarify our promotion of 50% off is for the first invoice only :) Our lowest plan is usually $5 per month.

      • Ahh sorry, yes - $5 per month, I can't go back and edit that.

  • hi Does it comes with Plesk? Looking to buy Windows - 3 or Windows 4 VPS

    • Hi orangesportsau,

Plesk is extra as it's licensed based.

Send us an email: [email protected] and I can give you the cost.

      Cheers
