      Yeah. I've played both modes and actually prefer non-VR overall. It looks great on a TV, and can still be pretty immersive with headphones or surround sound.

    Amazing game!

    Anyone who has an AMOLED do yourself a massive favour and buy this! It makes use of the screen like nothing else I've seen. Absolutely beautiful.

    Ergh… I was hyped when it came out and clocked it in very little time, but haven't touched it since the free Tetris 99 came out on the Swtich.

    The most costly part of Tetris 99 is the damage to the joy cons from overplaying it handheld and stressing the lock mechanism of the joy con.

    This game is a pretty good entry to the game for newbies though. For the vets, the first advice is to turn off the visuals as the contrast makes the game unnecessarily unbearable in lighting quick levels.

      After playing a bit last night, the effects definitely become distracting when trying to clear lines fast. Especially if getting multiple ‘Tetris’ clears, by the time the effects clear the block is placed
