Samsung Galaxy S10+ G9750 Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 8GB/128GB Dual Sim $1100.25 Delivered (Grey Import) @ TechinSea via Catch

180

First time poster.

A phone i've been following for a while.

Catch of the day is having a 10% off sitewide (with some exclusions).
The phone was priced at $1222.50 then drops to $1100.25. This is the cheapest I believe i've seen it.

No coupon code required, the discount is applied upon checkout. I believe only a few are left.

  • This sale is a joke. I had a pair of sunniest in my cart. Last week the pair was $87. Yesterday it was $167. Now it’s $220 before 10% off

  • Will this come with a Tax Invoice with ABN and GST paid on it? TRS eligible?

    • There is an option to request an invoice after purchase that i've come across

  • If it is shipped from Overseas, how does warranty work if anything happens. Would this be covered for 28 degrees buyer's price protection?

This is simply copy paste from the COD listing:

      Warranty

We provide 1 year international seller warranty for the product.

We keep the records in our system, so please just send us the basic information (item name, order ID, Buyer ID) and the problem of the product, we will take care the repair for you.

Not covered by 28 degrees purchase protection.

  • Good price, snapdragon version too :o

  • Would Samsung Pay work here in AU on this model? Many thanks.

      no. google pay will work.

  • I'm currently waiting to hear about a problem I've been experiencing with my Xperia XA2 Plus which I bought from this seller. The screen goes black during a call, making it impossible to hang up (or anything else), and I can barely hear the person on the line.

Hopefully, it will get sorted. I will keep you posted here, if thread is still open.

Maybe a proximity sensor issue. Had one of those on my Grey import LG G3 after I had the screen replaced under warranty. Maybe try root and disable the sensor?

      • Thanks for the advice. Will consider a self repair if seller is unhelpful. It's generally a great phone otherwise.

  • If it’s ship from Overseas, do you need to pay 10% GST

    • I don't recall paying any GST. I think because it's an Aus based website. Google Catch's customer service number and double check, though.

FYI Samsung Australia will not service a grey phone, not even for a fee

I could never understand the logic behind this. Under warranty repairs i understand why no.

However if a customer wants to pay to get it repaired. Thats like saying to your customers. Sorry. We don't want your money.

      • If you ask them, they will say they don't have the parts or certifications or both.

      • Yeah, I went through this with Apple… Phone was a grey import and Apple refused to work on the phone at all. Disgusting practice.

  • This one comes with band 28 right? sorry for a noob question.
