    Thought I’d pop in here as I haven’t received any sort of correspondence from Australis. Looks like I’m not the only one. Placed my order on the 18th. Order status still ‘Processing’. :(

      the same, I sent an email, and received also yesterday a parcel and reply, "due to a high demand there was a delay, bla bla bla", but they sent it via Startrack Express, so got it very next day.
