at this price it's hardly a deal. sorry but we had this discussion recently. but it's fine, everyone can submit a deal, and everyone else decides for themselves whether this is a good deal or not. but normally people expect to see something way below normal price posted on ozbargain. this is the normal price for this product pretty much.
Not really, it’s usually the cheapest available price for the item at that current time imo.
I tend to disagree. half price is a bargain. 25% off is a bargain. cheapest at the moment is not really a bargain if it's not a lot off.
I agree somewhat, and based on your statement the rrp is $499 so it must be a bargain as it is not only cheapest at moment, but also more than 25% off.
Unfortunately if OB was limited to cheapest ever it would be very quiet. Likewise we don’t want very crap deal posted. This is definitely not best ever, but is still competitive and in my opinion worth posting to help people out.

@Captain Hindsight: lately the quality of deals has been degrading. so it's the opposite of quiet: takes time to sift through the gunk to find a deal worth voting on. but it's all subjective anyway. someone might be happy to pay this much for the QC35ii, and I would not be happy to pay this much if I wanted to buy one, and I wouldn't recommend to.

I think you’re probably right. Certainly reviews suggest they are better. Wonder when mark iii Bose or similar will arrive.
