Having a 14 month old Ticwatch E fail - won't sync accounts any more - I would not buy from Mobvoi directly again. They have no concept of service or support, no concept of Australian Consumer Law, just good at emailing responses that won't help your situation.
If you want a Ticwatch, buy from an Australian seller - Amazon AU regularly has deals going on them.
Good to know. However, this particular model has never been on sale at Amazon AU.
Surely that's a software issue though? Can't you just factory reset your phone (warning: will wipe all data on the phone of course)?

Other than cheaper than TicWatch Pro, what is the advantage of this vs Ticwatch Pro?
Not so bulky. Looks better on a smaller wrist
Also bear in mind the TicWatch E became EOL after just 18 months, with updates dragging out.
This looks like it's through the US site. Do they even ship to Australia? The only payment option on the AU site is PayPal…

Update: I've already received the refund from Mobvoi. They were also really happy to refund the difference in cost initially ($25). Very quick and friendly service! Placed an order with Amazon, but the cashback hasn't been reflected yet.
Interesting. I ordered with this deal too but I got an email 2 hours later saying it's on it's way. Can I ask how you contacted them and what you said to them to get them to offer you a refund?
I just asked them as normal through their email if I could get a refund because I decided to order somewhere cheaper. They checked the package and even though I'd already received a tracking number, it still hadn't left their warehouse yet so they gave me a full refund straight away.
