  I've bought some decent suitcases for awesome prices from them (must've been during a promotion since it seemed too good to be true :P). Their shipping was very prompt and they were happy for me to return the item due to change of mind

  Its a shame their wallet prices are still pretty close to full RRP otherwise I'd consider buying one

  I don't really think their prices constitute bargains. E.g. Samsonite Cosmolite 85cm is $799 ($759 after the code) at bagworld, but $749 here:

    You can't use one example to put down the entire store.

    Luggagedirect's Cruisair Lite 79cm is $379.95 while the same bag at bagworld is $350 before the discount.

    Sorry blitz, but you're comparing suitcases that are different sizes. The 85cm on luggagedirect.com.au is also $799…http://www.luggagedirect.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3299. You're looking at the 74cm one.

    So bagworld's 85cm is cheaper with the coupon at $759. And I just got one…

    I've got an earlier model of this one & I find it great for a weekend! (originally purchased it on Bagworld but no longer available on there). Its a wheeled suitcase that's both Qantas & Virgin Blue compatiable, its got a compartment for bathroom items, general clothes, a zipped see-through pocket and then separately there's 3 additional zipper compartments, one for your laptop (if within 16"), another for magazines, more pockets for cables & stuff, another front pocket for very slim items (passport, wallet) & also has a side zip pocket for your water bottle whilst case is standing upright :)

    Fits far more than you'll need & destroys the thought of bringing an additional small backpack

  For my own reference:

  I just had a digisafe repaired under warranty. They were really helpful and it was a nice straight forward process. :)

  They even paid for me to send the item to them in the first place :)
