Minecraft is on sale in the Nintendo eShop as part of the Minecraft 10-year anniversary sale. Normally $39.95, it's only $26.23 until 24/05/2019. Searching through OzBargain, the cheapest historical price was $32 from BigW.

I linked to the US page since the AU store is not web accessible, but you should be able to buy it from your Switch.
