Exactly the same for me. I definitely had a charge at first (was $1.49). Oh well, at least we didn’t lose anything

They won’t allow me to exchange it directly because it’s sold by Amazon UK, so I have to wait 1-2 weeks for a refund to be processed…

Agreed, it's really crappy to not provide tracking on such an expensive item. Mine didn't show up today unfortunately, ETA was 6th-8th.
