      • +2

        70 times 7 ;)

    • Isn't it mouses?

      • Not actually sure, I know people who should know these things say both lol.

        Somebody smart please clarify? :P

        • +1

Was gonna say something here, but you wanted a smart person, so…hangs head

        • +1

          Heavies allowed ;)

  • +9

another 5% off at o.w if u go there lol

    • +1

If they let you match it - Hornsby store normally just refuses..

      • why not?

      • +3

just email head office… they act on it pretty quickly…

i had the store manager emailing me back within a day, apologising and giving me the item for free… saved me $30…

    • +6

just buy it from here and be happy. all the hassle that goes into price matching. im not sure its worth it. especially for a few bucks and the extra fuel driving there

      • +1

No hassles at Officeworks. They have never once refused me a pricematch, and it usually takes only a couple of minutes. You can have the item in your hands right now, and also easier to deal with warranty claims.

    • +3

Thank you HD. I got it from Officeworks as well. 52 bucks. No disrespect to Logitechshop. Thank you for the sale price. I just wanted to pick it from a store that's 2 minutes from my house.

  • the ps3 adaptor is always 35 bucks

    • Oh sorry. I just saw it in one of their pages, and assumed it's one of their EOFY deals. They're not updating their pages fast enough, so rather than risk people missing out on a deal, I thought it'd be better if I post it up and let the hivemind decide.

    • Not entirely true. They have had a bunch of Harmony stuff on special for a while now, but when it's not on special it's not 35 bucks.

  • Would be all over this deal myself if the middle (wheel) click wasn't so poor in recent Logitech models - such a pity because they seem to get everything else right.

  • $150 for a mouse! Would anyone pay that?

    • +1

If it works on glass too, probably yes.

      • +4

It does, I use mine on a glass table and it's 100% accurate.

      • min 5mm glass i think

    • you'll never know the joys of a $200 mouse unless you used one

      • +6

        I have 2 M950s.
They're horrible for gaming (Some people will say otherwise, but the laser placement makes it so as well as the scrollwheel doesn't register properly say in BCBF2, I end up scrolling through weapons instead of knifing someone :( )
Very luxurious office mouse is what I can describe it as though, very useful (and fun :D) to fly through long PDFs with hyperscroll, battery life isn't great.

        • +2

I use mine for gaming and it's fine for me. The battery life usually lasts about 5 days if you never turn it off.

        • +1

Only 5 day battery life __surely not. My microsoft
mouse in daily use needs a new battery only once a year!

        • @check - He means before you have to plug in the usb to recharge it.

        • Yes will only 2-3 weeks for me. It's just depend on how/often you use it But it's rechargeable and can be used while been recharged (as a corded mouse)

        • No way, just got one like 7 days ago, keep it on all the times, still show full now. how is that possible urs just last for 3 days….

        • I said it lasted 5 days and that's with heavy use as in 5 hours+ per day so 25 hours overall. I never turn it off when I'm not using it either.

        • i'm not sure how long mine lasts but it is much longer than 5 days, i guess a couple of weeks. i only recharge when it stops working.

        • I use mine for BC2, CS, SC2 etc. works fine for me, fix your binds :P

I get about a week's worth of battery life with 10 hours a day (half of that gaming hohoho) so it's not bad. And you can replace the battery with a rechargeable battery of your choice as well, I think, although I haven't tried this myself.

        • @aiess
I stick with the scrollwheel click for a knife, so no I'm not going to 'fix' my binds. When I game I switch to my trusty Razer Copperhead nowadays.

Regarding battery life, yeah it's not all that great, I charge it once a week and never turn off the mouse either.

    • Agree with Uraha… a good mouse IS worth the money. It's your primary interface to your computer!

If you just use you mouse on default settings, and have never adjusted accelleration and tracking speed, then this may not be the product for you.

  • is this a bluetooth or 2.4Gz wireless? anyone knows?

    • 2.4 Ghz unfortunately.

I think I'll pass on this deal and wait for a good bluetooth mouse bargain.

      • Bluetooth is 2.4GHz :)

But I guess you mean non-Bluetooth 2.4GHz vs Bluetooth 2.4GHz because there is a difference; although both can still cause interference with other 2.4GHz devices…

        • Wow, it is too.

Doesn't really change the fact that this mouse uses a proprietary USB dongle.

Anyone know if this mouse would work with say a laptop that has bluetooth built in or a jailbroken iPad?

      • Alas, it will almost certainly NOT work if you try to connect regular Bluetooth with proprietary 2.4GHz :(
Most common versions of WiFi are also 2.4GHz and they don't play nice with Bluetooth either…

        • Thought so. Thanks for the clarification.

  • Hoping the mk260 bundle goes on sale too because i've been looking for a cheap keyboard mouse bundle for testing

  • Just grabbed the 4x Ultimate Earphones. Thanks for the heads up.

  • Do u reckon they'll ever have the UE triplefi 10 up for sale? wishful thinking

  • +3

    just bought mine too :D

gosh i love ozbargain.. making me waste me hard earned dollars

    • +1

      Hard come, easy go?

  • Yeah, I couldn't resist either…I needed a new mouse to go with my Logitech K320 Wireless Keyboard @ $20 from the Wireless1 sale the other day! :D

  • +1

I bought a kb+mouse combo in their last million dollar sale. When I tried to pay it said unable to process transaction. I tried a second time and the transaction went through. However, when I got my CC statement it showed 2 purchases.

I wasn't at all fussed because I thought I'd give the second one as a present.

I received one item 3 weeks ago but the other hasn't even arrived. I've tried to contact them twice already through email and not even a reply. The first email was almost 2 weeks ago and the other was around thursday last week. Absolutely b*sht.

I'd given them a considerable amount of time to deliver the second item despite making those purchases within 2 minutes of each other.

Their service is absolutely atrocious! An email response isn't that bloody hard.

Does anyone have any advice that could help me?

    • OMG, the Logitechshop is owned and managed by Fluidtek.

      Eddie.

      Enough said.

      • Of course. But as you'd know, you aren't paying for the service (and the prices reflect it).

    • Yes, agree. Their support/after sales is atrocious if you need any…Not that you need any real support but mainly to deal with some mistakes/error they made… No REPLY not even a email.

      • i found their service great, had a problem with a set of earphones i brought from them a week earlier. gor a rma number from logitech and sent them back to logitech shop and the replacement was sent to me straight away express post. no delay and replied to emails within the hour.

        • Ditto, I've had great experience with their service. Had an issue with an order, it was sorted within a day. I emailed [email protected] for support.

    • By the sounds of it, they charged you twice for the same order, not placed the order twice?
If you don't get any response from them, simply lodge a dispute with your CC provider.

      • This is actually a problem with the site that they acknowledged during that sale IIRC. As I recall BargainCrypt said just to shoot them an email & AFAIK they fixed the problem immediately for those that did!

        • +1

But colin is saying they're not even replying to his emails.

        • Fair point CG, I was thinking from the perspective of striking whilst the iron was hot; but yeah that shouldn't really be necessary! ;)

    • I had the exact same problem when buying speakers. Charged twice (since the transaction failed first time) and sent once. I emailed support and got a refund for the 2nd transaction within the week.

  • got the 200s, great price

  • [30/5] Logitech MK-710 Keyboard + Mouse - $60 (Logitech says it's $70, but the website's saying it's $60, RRP$ 149.95)

Could you please explain - what does that mean? The website is showing $70. Where did you see the $60?

    Refer to http://www.logitechshop.com.au/logitech-mk710.html

    • +1

The website was showing $60 before, when I pasted this in this morning. It must've been a typo, because they've corrected it now, and it says $70 now. :(

      • +1

I ordered just in time and got it for $60! :D

        • +1

LOL nice! That's for corroborating my story. I was afraid I've started seeing things again.

  • good mouse. the other bargains are quite decent as well..

  • Bought 1 M950, it's really the best deal I have ever seen, even cheaper than any other online shops (US, China etc…).

Wish it's as good as it is supposed to be.

    • well, just got mine from OW and I have to say this is a good but biggggg mouse!

  • Anyone think the Squeezebox Boom is worth it at this price - looks better at $149

    • +2

After waiting a few months I bought one during the last sale. Very happy with it. $149 seems about the right price for what it delivers.

    • Pretty cool feature being able to play from network (torrents). I love this feature and at $149 I just bought another one for my 2nd room. However the power is pretty weak so don't expect much from it.

      • I take back my word. Moved the box to another room and the damn thing keep dropping off. Super shit wireless. And when the signal is weak the whole thing become unresponsive or quit slow even on the control on the box.

I wonder if it's too late to cancel my order.

        • Just to clear the record which probably no one will read :) … The bad reception was a once off event at home probably due to the heavy rain. Now everything is great is all rooms. Love the sync function on the two boom box. Highly recommended.

  • Was about to post Z623 but it's included here already. Just bought a Z623 speakers system for $135. Even cheaper than their Ebay shop $160. JB hifi is selling the same one for $223. Good Deal!

  • Any opinions on the UE700s compared to other dual driver earphones?
I like the idea of the shure ones how they're detachable but its a lot dearer than just 99$. Anyone have any suggestions?

  • I bought a m950 in the last sale, I love it!!!!!

  • Grabbed one this morning after searching the local stores over the weekend without any luck. It's uncanny how the items I need just happen to want, appear on ozbargain at the right time. Thanks for the post soupiejr.

    • You're lucky! My timing with OZB is the other way around, I end up wanting the bargains I see!

      • Dont worry bigsue19, I also do 'alot'of impulse buying from OZB as well. Normally after a few beers the old credit cards gets a bit of a hiding, and I forget what I've brought until the postie drops it into the letterbox.

    • +1

You're most welcome. When I have to take to the streets out of poverty, I'd like some company too. :)

At least I'll have a lot of mice, keyboards, and speakers to accompany me.

      • I'll bring the empty beer cans and all the crap I brought on OZB, which I thought was a good idea at the time. :)

  • +3

Strange. I can't edit the deal anymore with newer products. It's saying that deals from logitechshop.com.au has been banned?
