Each full hour there will be one different game selected that can be claimed for free.

Can I get more than one game?
Each customer can claim one game during each hour of promotion.

All games have already been claimed. When will next games be available?
Each hour there is a limited number of available keys that are for free. If all keys have been given away already, please check the promotion in an hour to make sure you do not miss you free code. New games should be added every hour on the hour.

How can I claim my free game?
Simply click “Claim For Free” next to the game and login to your Kinguin account. If you do not have any account yet, make sure to register first. The game will be automatically added to your Kinguin Inventory. To reveal your key just click “Show CD-Key” and you may enjoy your free game!

    Last weekend we had to do a captcha to access the site every hour, whereas this weekend the captcha is not needed. I reckon the bots are having a field day, so I'm done losing sleep over this.

      The button didn't show up for me (I only tried it three times last night before giving up), perhaps it's because of my slow internet?. Last weekend it was terrible for me because I wasted so much time and didn't even get a game I wanted to play.

        It's not because of internet speed. The bots are having a field day because they have removed all capchas and their website sucks. They should fire the people who developed this $h!t.

                @Wilder94: You don't need to refresh now unless the site breaks at 0 (which is likely lol)
                If that happens, you're out.

                I ran 3 browser windows in chrome and FF and there's a good 2 seconds between the clocks. If you're lucky enough to get a claim button to pop it will probably be broken.

    For those of you who've managed to win a game, what's the process?

    Does the timer count down to zero then a game appears?

    Or does the page need to be refreshed for the game to appear?

      time counts down and switches over to show the game with a link to claim. So far even though my mouse is over where the button appears and I'm hyper clicking for the 2 secs before it changes I have not been able to claim a game "fast enough". Out of the four times I have watched it tick over only twice have I seen the game appear rather then the time just reset.

      add to that when I load on my desktop and my pone (on 4G) the timer is out by massive 7 seconds.

    I'm pretty sure it was Dragon Age: Origins (edit: confirmed, its Origin key). Also, pretty sure the countdown is off by a few seconds… pretty sure if you wait for 00:00:00 its already been claimed.

    it's a big crapshoot, you know? I didnt get the button a lot, if I just sit and stare. I'm not saying it works 100%, but if I refresh, at least I see what I can't claim most of the time :-). maybe check your system time individually, and figure out your latency. Example, when my countdown hits 00:00:30, my system time is 18:59:32 (2 seconds off). If anything, I'd say the website is trying too hard to be perfect (its all bits and bolts after all ;-). I think, the loading time (and lag) will be different for each computer/connection. See what works best for you!

    Honestly, the captcha system without the countdown worked FAAAR better. So far i've only been able to claim one single game, and i've been camping on it since it started this weekend. At least last week I was able to get some decent stuff… Now it's just kinda 'eh'.

    For me if I watch the timer count down, it reaches zero and nothing happens.

    If I refresh the page I either get the timer stopped at zero, the loading penguin, or the timer counting down from 59 minutes again.

    I've never once seen this elusive claim button people are mentioning.

    Update:

    This time it kinda glitched? I noticed in the final minutes the countdown on the site was almost perfectly synced with my system timer, no more 2s difference. Now it was more of a .5s difference.

    Anyways, I refreshed this time right on the last second of the countdown on the site, and I got the penguin jumping glitch…

    Or so I thought? I kept refreshing on and on, but this time the game showed up at least ~5-10s (I wasn't keeping track) after the countdown finished and I got the penguin glitch. Finally, for the first time almost since it started this weekend, I got another game (albeit, it's another not so well known title).

    TL:DR, I think they've tinkered with how it works again, maybe incorporating how they delayed it for a bit like they did for a few hours last weekend, to combat bots without the extra captcha (Though, I still think that was a better system).

    Also, the drops of the past few hours just incase anyone was wondering:

    5 PM - Adam Wolfe All Episodes (Episodes 1-4)
    4 PM - Hitman Absolution
    3 PM - Outlast

      nothing nada. hardly shows or if it does then its too late instantly. I think the clock' is just not able to sync and therefore I'm always too late - and yes I have re synced my PC clock online.

    So.. I figured I'd try and hack I a little - probably won't get anywhere since I don't java script much at all. Basically I want to see if I can make my PC fire off 1 second earlier. I'm not yet sure exactly how best to do that but I figured the easiest way might be to hijack the javascript. I looking into that I found this URL..

    Lmao. First drop claimed since Friday, and its… ChromaGun. Mainly did it for testing the page with images disabled :>. Too early to tell if it helps, but hey, worth a shot. For those curious, tested in Opera, turning off images does not mess up the claim button, the button and the timer are clearly visible, and working. Could it shave off a few ms though…???
    Ps. site is more stable overall, last week was a bit more fun tho ;-)

    I'm not having an issue with the countdown timer or seeing the games most hours, its just that the claim button never works and is unclickable. Don't suppose anyone knows a workaround for that =(

      I think that either means something messed up with your login (try clearing cookies) or that all the keys have been claimed.

    I have (unknown to me) been able to redeem EU and NA keys without VPN use on my Australian account?

      Well I can certainly respect them for trying to improve the giveaway. I did feel a little choosing beggary at times complaining about completely free games, so the fact that they are doing anything is nice.
      The credit system sounds a little like Chrono.gg, guess it'll just be another thing I click on along with that every morning :D
